Vinyasa Yoga (Adults)
w/Morgan Hurst
Sept. 11-Nov. 15
Mondays and Wednesdays 8:30-9:15 a.m.
Morgan leads a fun, creative, challenging, yet attainable Vinyasa sequence set to obsessively curated music that will raise your heart rate then calm you down. As a dancer and yoga practitioner, they believe that movement is an integral part of the human experience and that through exploring the potential of the physical body, we are offered an unusual opportunity to deepen connections of both mind and body. Together, we uncover tools to manage the ever increasing stresses of life and constant shifts in our physicality.
