Ten-minute plays are a great way to get your feet wet in playwriting. They are also a unique drama form that is often sought after by theater groups across the country. This four week workshop will go over the basics of writing plays such as format, characters, conflict, and dialogue; as well as the specific demands of the 10-minute play. The workshop culminates with a showcase reading of the finished plays by actors on Saturday, Feb. 3 at 7 p.m.
